I recently stocked up on @premierprotein because it's a major bang-for-your-buck with 30g protein, 160 calories and 1g sugar

High Protein Cake Batter Milkshake

Ingredients:
* 1 Premier Protein vanilla protein shake
* 5oz plain Greek yogurt
* 1 teaspoon cake batter extract
* sprinkle of stevia or sweetener (optional)
* 4 ice cubes

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles
