Mornings around here are crazyyyyyyyyy. #ad … I was getting up so early to get a lot done before waking the girls for school, but lately I have been trying to improve my sleep so I am going to bed earlier & sleeping a half hour later. Once the girls are up, its getting everyone dressed, teeth brushed, snacks/lunch made & of course feeding my Henny. My own breakfast is always a scramble to have before we are out the door. My mom told me to try @PremierProtein shakes a few months ago (she has been drinking them for years). When I checked it out, I was so happy to see the shakes have tons of protein, vitamins & minerals. I can grab it & go, exactly what I need! This is a CORE NECESSITY for this busy Mama. I have been loving the Chocolate & Cookies and Cream. My Mama's fave is the Cafe Latte. Lemme know if you have tried it what your fave flavor is! #PremierSeason 💗
