## Caption

#ad I’ll never understand how my kids are ready to eat pancakes at 6:30 a.m. I am still trying to pry my eyes open at this point and can’t even think about breakfast.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I do, however, need a boost of something to get going, and @premierprotein is an easy way to add 30g of protein to my day!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My favorite new concoction is blending up a frozen banana with a #premierprotein chocolate shake and enjoying a little “me” time after my workout. Feeling like this is going to serve me especially well as the weather gets warmer!
