If y’all couldn’t tell, oatmeal is a staple breakfast of mine 😌 #ad I’ve been trying to up my protein intake & couldn’t BEAR to give up my oats, so that’s where @premierprotein comes in! 

In this #PremierSeason, I swapped the almond milk for Premier Protein’s vanilla protein shake for some added protein AND to satisfy my sweet tooth 😉 Not only does @premierprotein pack in 30g of protein in each of their shakes, but the flavors are outta this world good. I’ve been loving the vanilla for years now & can also attest that the caramel is truly *chefs kiss* 

#dEATs 👉🏻 combine 1/2 cup oatmeal with 3/4 cup of @premierprotein ’s vanilla protein shake & some cinnamon. Either microwave or cook stovetop, then top with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, & honey. ✨
