I think I learned the trick to adulting- having a routine. #ad 

I've created a core routine to help keep me on track and every day I start it with spending time with myself. As a mom, wife, and business owner there are so many people that require time from me, but I also require time for myself. 

Some days I just lay in bed for a few extra minutes and other days, I go sit outside and enjoy a @premierprotein shake. 

I still cannot decide if the Caramel or Vanilla flavor is my favorite though lol. Premier Protein's shakes taste amazing & are 30g protein, 160 calories, 1g sugar, and 24 essential vitamins and minerals. 

This is my #PremierSeason and I'm making the most of it! How do you take care of yourself?
