life with you makes sense ♥️ I don’t think I’ve ever been more happy or healthy than right now. #ad I’ve been listening to + taking care of my body, eating healthier, enjoying even the slow days with my husband, + getting my time in the sun each day. I’m definitely in my #PremierSeason. I’ve been trying to get in more protein in my diet, especially in the mornings because of my thyroid issues. I feel so much more energized when I do. I love adding the chocolate @premierprotein shake in my iced coffee. It has 30g of protein, 100 calories, + 1g of sugar, + 24 essential vitamins and minerals.
