I started off 2022 with a plan of being more “prepared” in the major areas of my life: motherhood, career, and health. #ad #premierseason Premier Protein is helping me check off that last one! Once a week, I make my vanilla blueberry oatmeal muffins made with the @premierprotein vanilla shake to bring balance to my morning routine. I substitute this for milk for added nutrition (one shake contains 30g protein, 160 calories, 1g sugar, and 24 essential vitamins and minerals) and it tastes amazing!
