#ad  I love that quote from Dr. Seuss because it reminds me that it's okay to slow down, to remember to find balance and to take the time to enjoy the simple things in life. The reality is that we live in a fast-paced world. Most of the time, we are so focused on getting as much done in a day that we forget to take the time to reflect on (and celebrate!) our accomplishments. 

I'm so glad that it's #PremierSeason once again because it's a time in which we celebrate the simple, core things in life that help us to become the healthiest, happiest versions of ourselves. I know we all have different goals but personally, enjoying the simple things in life means ... 

~ spending more quality time with my husband and kids 

~ doing my daily fitness routine

 ~ meditating and writing in my journal everyday 

~ waking up to enjoy my first cup of coffee mixed with my favorite @PremierProtein shakes
