spicy salmon sushi ball or onigiri | this is my most viral video at 15 million views🫶🏼 I love these because they’re so versatile. Now that I have rice molds, I’ll be making them even more. Highly recommend the rice mold, but seran wrap method works great too!

How to make it:
•cut lat45salmon smoked salmon into small pieces
•mix into a bowl with 2tbsp kewpie mayo & 2tbsp sriracha
•lay out a piece of saran wrap
•add rice to the middle & press down with a spoon or spatula
•in the middle of the rice add spicy salmon, cucumbers, avocado & furikake seasoning 
•pick up edges of the saran wrap & gently create a ball 
•twist the the top of the saran wrap to help form it
•take out sushi ball & roll it into a mixture of sesame seeds/furikake seasoning
•optional: top with kewpie mayo, sriracha & jalapeño 
•soy sauce for dipping
