Ingredients
4 Food for Life Sprouted Grain English Muffins, toasted
1 10oz package Green Giant Riced Veggies Broccoli and Cauliflower
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

Cook the Green Giant Riced Veggies according to the package directions, then combine the riced veggies with flour, cheese, eggs, and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, using about 1⁄3 cup of veggie mixture per patty. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds then cook the patties, turning once, until the patties are golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Place the patties on a toasted Food for Life Sprouted Grain English Muffins
Optional: top each sandwich with a fried egg or a drizzle of sriracha.
