I was so impressed with the Cucina Pro Mini Pie & Quiche Maker because it really was a seamless experience to make a small batch of pies for a quick after school snack for the kids. Each perfectly golden brown, flaky, and buttery pie was filled with one tablespoon of lemon pie filling. The included pastry cutter made it so easy to cut out the top and bottom crusts perfectly- guesswork!

You can use homemade or refrigerated pie crust, biscuit, crescent, or puff pastry dough. There are so many recipes to try—sweet or savory—the choice is yours!! Since I am all about sweet stuff I am thrilled with how cute these mini lemon pies came out! I will be making another batch VERY soon!!
