After two years in the making I can’t wait to see you all bake from the pages of STUFFED : The Sandwich Cookie Book!! Now that Pub Day is almost here (somebody pinch me!), the number one question I am asked is “what’s your favorite cookie in the book?” Honestly, I hate to play favorites because each and every one of the 65 recipes is a keeper. BUT, if I had to pick a few faves that make my sweet tooth sing, here it goes!

🌟 The Chocolate Chip Cookie from the Chipwich (but better!). This no-fuss recipe uses cold butter straight from the fridge and there’s zero chill time so you can have a warm, gooey chocolate chipper in minutes. I swear by these words >> BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE EVER!
🌟 Funfetti Cookies with Cake Batter Buttercream. I love a cookie that feels like a party! 🎉
🌟 Chewy Chocolate Ginger Cookies with Chocolate Ganache. These cookies are something else - you just have to taste for yourself.
🌟 Molasses Cookies with Bourbon Ice Cream. I repeat: BOURBON Ice Cream.
🌟 Black Cocoa Mint Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches. Made with my new favorite brownie recipe that comes together in just one pot. So easy and SO good!
🌟 Lemon Lavender Linzer Cookies with Meyer Lemon Curd. I dare you not to eat the lemon curd straight from the jar.
🌟 Brown Butter Macadamia Nut Blondies. I love this twist on my signature Brown Butter Blondie recipe and I know you will too! It’s begging to be paired with ice cream if you can manage not to eat them straight from the pan.
🌟 Gingerdoodle Neapolitans. It’s like three cookies in one. Enough said!
