massive thank you the wonderful people who came to take my first class of 2022 🎉 i wish we were under better circumstances, but i am extremely grateful to the students who were willing to abide by the few requests I had to make myself feel safe to teach at this uncertain time. safety will always be a top priority in my classes, both physically & mentally. 

beautiful synchronistic moment: i had no idea that yesterday was the year anniversary for d_con4 until _toricone_ told me mid class, what a special moment it was to have her behind the camera 💖 i made a warm up combo to this song for the students in the program to get them excited to dance in their rooms, which ended up becoming a bit of a tradition, and i decided to revamp it just recently… not even realizing the significance it would have in this moment. Quick shoutout to all my beautiful d_con4 loves, i miss you dearly, thank you for taking the chance on me a year ago 🥺✨ If this pandemic keeps going the way it’s going…. I might have to do  another round in 2022…… 👀🤔

it felt wonderful to share space with people i absolutely adore, & to have gained a moment to return to when things get tough. the start of this year has been extremely difficult & soul crushing for me, but i certainly know that the energy from this class started some much needed uphill momentum 🙏🏽
