## Caption

Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining, Floyd Green, has confirmed a reduction in prices for several fruits and vegetables, including scotch bonnet peppers, carrots, and sweet peppers. 

He also noted that a surplus of certain produce is currently on the market and assured that farmers will receive targeted support from the ministry to assist with sales and market access.

The minister was speaking at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Mining’s Hurricane Melissa Recovery and Sector Update Media Briefing on Tuesday.
