## Caption

One of the most interesting rule changes in the MLB going into 2023 is the increase in base sizes. This rule is going into place to help prevent lower body injuries to players. There will be about 99 more inches of surface area on the base as it moves to 18 square inches from 15 square inches. Full video coming soon to my YouTube with 4 major MLB rule updates 👀
