## Caption

Going into the 2023 season baseball will be introducing another new rule. The pick off rule which won’t allow pitchers to throw over as often as they want. This will help speed up the pace of the game while also increasing the amount of stolen base attempts The big picture of this move is if stolen base success rate rises, front offices will be encouraged to add faster players.
