Take this #makita tire inflator for example!

As a contractor, take it from myself, you should always have an inflator on board. Working on new builds or even remodels, the chances of you picking up a nail or screw skyrocket.
-
We had to fill the trailer tire as we found a slow leak, so I put the @makita.ca 18v inflator to the task.
-
Its a very compact and lightweight unit. Good length on the fill hose, with a flip style clamp quick connect. Rubber overmould and a typical Makita solid feel make it an attractive unit. I do like how slim it is overall, which is a bonus for behind the seat storage or in a roadside tool kit.
-
Has on board accessory storage, a digital pressure gauge showing actual and desired final, and a light.
-
Its not loud, and its not quiet, if that makes sense, but it doesnt have an annoying sound when running. Max air pressure is 121 PSI.
-
The only downfalls I found are that it felt slower than the Milwaukee and Definitely slower than the Dewalt, and for some odd reason there is no automatic feature that allows you to either lock the trigger on. The max pressure preset does trip the unit to stop at a desired PSI, but you still have to hold the trigger.
-
A Tim hortons cup liner and a concrete form strap made short work of that.
