What would your vacation message say if it was 100% truthful?

"I'm not at work this week, but my brain still is." 
"I've waterproofed my phone so I can still check my messages while I'm in the pool." 
"I'm OOO, and I won't even think about work for the next 211 hours, good with everything while I'm out."

According to our new survey, 54% of employees have a hard time unplugging from work. 😫📱

Why is that? There are a few reasons:
⚠️ "Always on" work culture
⚠️ Not enough paid time off
⚠️ Fear that taking time off will delay career advancement

When employees are unable to fully decompress, they return to work not fully recovered, less productive and are more likely to experience mental fatigue and burnout.

We also found that professionals in Teaching and Law have the highest share of employees reporting that they're unable to unplug while taking time off. 

📚 Teaching = 73%
⚖️ Law = 71%

On the other hand, more than half of Tech and Health professionals report being fully able to unplug while taking time off.
