We were happy to welcome the NC Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) Secretary, Todd Ishee, and Deputy Secretary of Institutions, Peter Buchholz, to CCT's campus Tuesday afternoon. Leaders were in town for the NC Reentry Conference.
