WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque recently appeared on Fox News Channel's The Ingraham Angle to discuss childhood obesity and national health initiatives.

Speaking with guest host Kayleigh McEnany, Levesque—who serves as the Vice Chair of the President's Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition—defended the current administration's push to bring whole milk back to schools and the "Make America Healthy Again" campaign.

When addressing criticism from nutritionists regarding saturated fats, Triple H argued that historical teachings have been flawed.

"I truly believe that most nutritionists that disagree with it, it's because they were taught wrong from the beginning... The flip of the food pyramid is the correct call. I just think that that is in children's best interest," Levesque stated.

He cited alarming statistics, noting a 270% increase in childhood obesity from 50 years ago, stating that "one in five kids is obese." Levesque emphasized that the solution lies in preventative measures like exercise and nutrition, rather than treating chronic diseases later in life.

Levesque also pushed back against the idea that people are "fighting the entire food system," asserting that healthy options are still readily available in grocery stores.

"People, they just need to put down their phones, get out there, exercise... We have got to get back to the basics, eating whole foods, nutritionally sound foods."
