assecoresovia kicked off their CEV Champions League Volley 2026 campaign in dominant fashion, sweeping SVG Lüneburg 3-0 (25-14, 25-15, 25-19) in a Pool D showdown at the RCWS Podpromie Hall! The Polish giants were in full control from start to finish, and Karol Butryn delivered one of the standout moments of the match with a sensational pinball block that fired up the crowd.

Resovia showcased elite efficiency across the board, posting 61% in reception and an outstanding 68% in attack, while completely owning the net with a 10–4 blocking advantage. Karol Butryn led the way with 19 points, attacking at an incredible 84% efficiency, and adding two aces and a crucial block on his way to a deserved MVP performance. Strong support came from Klemen Čebulj and Danny Demyanenko, as Resovia never allowed Lüneburg to find their rhythm.
