Beat the heat with this nutritious, easy-to-make Ensure® fudge pop idea! 🌞

Ingredients: 
1 Ensure® COMPLETE, Plus, or Original shake
Fudge pop mold OR small paper cups and fudge pop sticks

Directions:
- Pour Ensure into fudge pop molds or small paper cups.
- Insert fudge pop sticks into molds. If using cups, cover opening with foil and poke stick 
  through the center to keep them upright.
- Place molds or cups in freezer for 6–8 hours, or until fully frozen.
- Run warm water over outside of molds or cups to release the fudge pops.

Suggested serving size: 1 fudge pop.
