Not all pasta is the same👏 I like mine to be packed with protein & fiber😌 #banzapartner I’m partnering with Banza to share one of my favorite high-protein pasta recipes: kimchi tuna pasta (it’s SO GOOD🥹)!!

#RECIPE Kimchi Tuna Pasta (~3 servings)

🍝 INGREDIENTS
• 6 oz eatbanza pasta (higher protein + fiber)
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup chopped kimchi
• ¼ cup kimchi juice
• 1 can wild-caught tuna, drained
• 1 tbsp coconut aminos (low-glycemic soy sauce alternative)
• ¼ cup bone broth
• 1 tbsp butter
• ½ tsp sesame oil (for finishing)
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
• Sesame seeds + green onions (for garnish)

🍽️ INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Cook Banza pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add kimchi and cook for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Add tuna, breaking it up, then stir in coconut aminos, bone broth, and butter. Let it simmer for 1 minute. (Optional: add red pepper flakes for extra heat.)
4️⃣ Toss in cooked pasta and kimchi juice. Mix well over high heat until the sauce soaks into the noodles. Add pasta water if needed. Drizzle with sesame oil.
5️⃣ Top with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
