In my family, we’ve leaned into simplicity when it comes to the kids’ joint birthday party. 🥳

This year, there were a handful of friends they chose invite, movie snacks, a cozy setup, pizza, and cake. No over-the-top itinerary. Just joy, connection, and space to feel celebrated. 🎉

I’ve learned that my kids don’t need a lot to have a great time. It’s wonderful that at their ages, the magic really is in the small things—the giggles, the cuddles, the popcorn, the movie they’ve already seen ten times but still love lol. 🍿

This kind of celebration may not be extravagant, but the memories? Core. ❤️

And if you love planning big, beautiful birthday parties—I think that’s amazing. The creativity, time, and love you pour into that is something I admire. 👏🏽
