Decided to step outside my comfort zone and run a 5k this weekend in Chicago… crazy? Maybe! But I’ve been working on learning more about my metabolic health and glucose with the @hellolingo biosensor & app. The Lingo biosensor tracks glucose in real-time, while the app translates my data and even provides tips on exercise, useful tutorials, challenges, recipes and more! It’s a win-win & it’s been so helpful to use in my fueling and training for the 5k and interesting to see what foods affect my glucose the most & what don’t (like ice cream- weird?!)
