Come run the Abbott 5k in Chicago with me! 🏃‍♀️ I had so much fun running in the 5k with @hellolingo and pushing myself to do something out of my comfort zone. I’ve learned so much about my metabolic health since using the Lingo biosensor and app which helped me prepare for the race & made me feel so good going into it. There are changes I’ll be making permanently to help me stay better rested & energized moving forward… and I feel way more in tune with my body which is key to staying as healthy as possible.
