60 Minutes drove to Kakadu National Park to meet some of Australia’s indigenous people. Kakadu is larger than Connecticut and home to a few hundred people, but around 10,000 crocodiles. Robert Namarnyilk, an indigenous Australian, explained that some of the country’s traditional inhabitants favor commercial hunting of crocodiles, while others who prize them as spiritual emblems prefer to leave them alone. “We’ve been together for a very long time,” says Namarnyilk about saltwater crocodiles.  #australia #kakadu #crocodiles #wildlife
