Here is everything you need to know before visiting officialfridayharbour:

❄️Friday Harbour is located  just over an hour from Toronto, in the brucegreysimcoe region. It’s an easy day visit for those looking to escape the city.

❄️Pack your skates and enjoy the Skate Escape, their Signature Winter Experience (free of charge to skate!). They also offer skate and helmet rentals. Skate Escape is open from Thursday-Sunday until March 16, weather permitting so make sure to plan your visit soon.

❄️After skating, warm up in one of their their Après Skate geodomes. You can order light bites, hot chocolate, apple cider, or cocktails to enjoy in one of their cozy domes.

❄️Explore Friday Harbour’s snow-covered Nature Preserve with over 7km of trails for winter hiking (also free of charge!), snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and fat biking. They offer equipment rentals onsite.

❄️Dine at The Lake Club, an elevated casual restaurant overlooking Lake Simcoe.

❄️Shop, grab a coffee, or enjoy high tea at Friday Harbour’s Promenade. A personal favourite was Parisienne, where you can pre-book high tea, or simply enjoy their loose leaf teas and incredible French pastries. The interior decor will make you feel like you’re in Paris!
