This is Favre-Racouchot syndrome - when sun damage destroys your skin's collagen and elastin, leaving pores dilated and filled with oil.⁠

Most common spots: nose, cheeks near eyes - areas that catch the most sun even with hats and sunglasses.⁠
⁠
This is why I'm obsessed with sunscreen. Prevention is so much easier than extraction.⁠
