🥐 Croffle Sandwich:⁠
🥐 All-butter croissant croffles, 🍳 Pan-fried egg, 🧀 Melty marble cheddar cheese, 🥬 Lettuce, 🧅 Red onion slices & Mayonnaise⁠

🍇 Mixed grapes⁠
🧂 Sea salt naan crisps⁠

Croffle Sandwich Recipe!⁠
1️⃣ Place 2 frozen all-butter croissants in a waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp.⁠
2️⃣ Pan-fry an egg in olive oil with salt & black pepper.⁠
3️⃣ Add a slice of marble cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook until melty.⁠
4️⃣ Assemble: croffle + egg & cheese + lettuce + red onion slices + mayo.⁠
5️⃣ Top with another croffle, cut in half, and pack.⁠
