## Caption

Philadelphia firefighters were able to get a fire under control while also dealing with brutal temperatures early Saturday morning. 

Flames destroyed a two-story storefront with apartments above it near South 52nd and Delancey Streets at around 3 a.m. 

Video shows the aftermath of the blaze and how the freezing temperatures covered a fire truck in ice.
