Strawberry Jell-O Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1.5 oz. Strawberry Jell-O packet
- 1/2 cup vodka

Sweet Cream Jell-O Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbs. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pack unflavored gelatin (0.25 oz.)
- 1/4 cup vanilla vodka

Recipe:
1. Starting with the strawberry side, combine water and unflavored gelatin and bring to a boil.
2. Whisk until fully dissolved. Once fully dissolved, remove from heat and add vodka.
3. Allow strawberry Jell-O to cool then pour a little less than halfway in your shot glass.
4. Using a mini muffin tray, place shot glass on a tilt in each spot.
5. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
6. Once that is set, begin making the sweet cream Jell-O by combining heavy cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and unflavored gelatin in a pot.
7. Bring to a boil and whisk until fully combined. Once that is combined, remove from heat and add vanilla vodka.
8. Before pouring sweet cream Jell-O mix on top of strawberry Jell-O, allow it to fully cool. This will prevent it from melting the strawberry Jell-O and ruining the tilt effect.
9. Once sweet cream Jell-O mix has cooled, very slowly pour on top of strawberry Jell-O side in shot glass.
10. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
11. Once tilted Jell-O shots have fully set, garnish with whipped cream and a strawberry slice.
12. Serve and enjoy!
