Goaltender Katie DeSa has broken Penn State’s all-time career shutouts record. 

The Pawcatuck, Connecticut, native tied Josie Bothun’s 20 career shutouts on Dec. 30 where she saved a season-high 32 shots in the Nittany Lions’ 1-0 victory over Cornell.
