I am still floating with a heart full of joy from today’s gathering. It was everything I imagined it would be and more. With these beautiful souls sharing meditational music and soul songs was a vibeeeeee. 🎶🌀💜🙌🏽🎻🫶🥁🌈

Thank you to Amy who helped me co-facilitate, to my students and their caregivers for trusting me and to my friends who came and shared their music, love, energy and vibration. 

☀️After an hour of jamming we circled around and folks shared how they felt….Connected. Safe. Free. Refreshed. Grateful. Easeful. Calm. Happy. Pleasantly Surprised and Marvelous, Amazing, Stupendous. 

🤍At The Heart Space every one belongs! Be on the look out for more Soul Song events like this one (end of February or beginning of March).
