Bad at blocking = Good??🤷🏻‍♀️⬇️

Blocking is less about complex mechanics and more about instinct. You probably look great in dry reps, but once the ball is moving at you fast - Mechanics fall apart.

To become a great blocker, you need reps with game-speed balls. Lots of them, like hundreds if not thousands. That’s how you make it second nature.
You’ll reach a point (if you dial in with training) where your body makes a crazy lateral block, and your brain will be like, woah, how the heck did I even do that?!
