It would’ve been easy to let disability make me its victim.
But I broke that pattern.

Back in rehabilitation after my car accident, I couldn’t see what my future would look like. So I focused on what I could do.

One transfer at a time.
One task at a time.
One day at a time.

From not being able to sit up or dress myself to now doing everything independently.

That mindset changed everything. I stopped asking “why me” and started moving forward.

Now I apply this same mindset towards just about every area of my life.
