When it comes to self care and recovery - I have a PHD 🧼🫧🧘🏽‍♀️#TruNiagenPartner I’ve been taking it VERY easy as well as phasing back in some of my normal practices like walking, and supplementation. This month I wanted to double up on both niagenplus IV and my truniagen supplements to really just pour back into me. Anytime I have the option to get an IV I do - just because it works works in the body quicker!
