He legit wasn’t planning on recording! ▶️Full video is posted to electricladystudios page!

BACKSTORY:
6-year-old Miles was legit simply getting an exclusive tour of Electric Lady Studios and seriously was NOT planning on recording anything that day…. But every aspect of this place was so jaw-droopingly incredible to be in the presence of, that little Miles couldn’t help but be inspired to start recording..!

Miles ended up re-producing his version of Mac Ayres’ beautiful song, “Easy” in his own Miles style — starting with what he called a “Dilla-style beat,” a nod to the Soulquarians era of this place. ▶️ mmacayres 

Pretty amazing how Miles’s FIRST EXPERIENCE in any recording studio got to be the holiest of American recording studios! 🙌🏼 This is the same place where Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, John Lennon, Patti Smith, the Rolling Stones, AC/DC made records in the past — and where the artists of today like Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, The Roots, D’angelo, Erykah Badu, Common, Rosalia, Frank Ocean, The 1975, Lady Gaga Mark Ronson, Jack Antonoff, and many more continue to make records present-day.

Massive thanks to a COMPLETE GEM of a human being, Lee Foster✨, who keeps the sanctity of this place thriving and was so generous to graciously let Miles spend the afternoon here!  Also a special thanks to iammarkronson for arranging this incredible day… it will be the memory of a lifetime for Miles!
