What started in 1921 with glass-bottled milk delivery (as Clover Farms Dairy founded by Stew's grandfather in Norwalk, CT) grew into something truly special. 🤍 Stew Sr. saw a future beyond milk deliveries and, in 1969, transformed the family dairy business into a state-of-the-art grocery store where customers could watch fresh milk being bottled right through the big windows as they shopped.

Since then, Stew's has grown into a beloved family-run destination for fresh food, family fun, and unforgettable memories. 🐄✨ While we don't bottle on-site any more, It's fun seeing glass bottles become so popular and having fresh milk delivered still today—in new ways— like Instacart, DoorDash and UberEats.
