Listed on and off, for a few years, when the seller finally closed on their new home, they listened and painted and staged.  We raised the price and took new photos, had an event and SOLD in less than 7 days!

>> This one is worth telling. Our luxury listing in Windmill Reserve at Weston was beautiful and absolutely worth the price, but the buyers just weren’t connecting. Instead of chasing the market and lowering the price, we paused. We temporarily took the home off the market and went back to basics with intention.

We neutralized and repainted areas that had faux gold tones, removed heavy traditional draperies, cleared out dated though expensive furniture, and staged only the key WOW rooms that truly matter. We hosted a broker’s open, captured fresh photography, and reintroduced the home to the market.

Here’s the part we love. We raised the price back up. The home showed completely differently, felt lighter, more current, and far more inviting. The result? A surge of showings, real interest, and now the home is sold and closing in 30 days.

Same home. Same value. Different strategy. Mission accomplished.
