In this challenge, you’ll:

Build a sketchbook page using scraps, packaging, tissue paper, stickers, and paint

Let elements fall off the page to create energy and movement

Use color to reflect mood, weather, food, and memory

Treat everyday materials as meaningful creative tools

This is a low-pressure, highly freeing exercise that reminds you creativity doesn’t start with a blank page, it starts with your day. Tear things up. Glue them down. Let imperfection do the heavy lifting.
