We disrupted the lacrosse norm and started the first girls only lacrosse training company on Long Island four years ago. We focus on fundamentals, development and growing your game beyond the practice and playing field through our widely known group trainings, speciality trainings and camps. We help you develop your individual game and elevate your tool box to enhancing your overall athlete with physical, mental and emotional strength. Our high standards for programming and nothing clinic style are what set us apart. Our Directors & Coaches have over ten plus years experience on all levels including college lacrosse coaching. Our athletes get results on the field due to our programming always focused on skill, speed, lacrosse iq, and contact play. We specialize in all areas of girl’s lacrosse from youth to college. Our training community is open to all girls lacrosse players and we have proudly been an industry leader for training the past four years. Our select teams were created as an extension of Lax On LI to help players who want to train with us all year round also get the benefit of playing under our Lax On Elite name on a high end national tournament trail. Our elite players advance their game by working together in a positive female environment, programmed and timely practices, mental performance coaching, speed and strength training through out the year in a personalized experience only offering one team per age group. We offer top recruitment support to our elite teams from former college coaches, Director Windsor and Director Rooney. Since our inaugural class of 2022 graduate elite players we have had over 40 + NCAA commitments.
