The Cactus Bureka ($18) is filled with pan-fried Mexican cactus, cooked with onion, garlic, guajillo chile, and cotija cheese. 🇲🇽 

Served with spicy salsa roja, salsa verde, fresh radishes, and a mix of pickled onions, jalapeños, and carrots for crunch and acidity. The Cactus Bureka will be available January 24 & January 25.
