Perfect Gameday Food…..or anyday for that matter!  Call em what you want.  Damn Good -Russet Potatoes -Cheese of Choice, we used Colby Jack -Bacon, cooked & chopped -Green Onions, thinly sliced -Sour Cream -Melted Butter -Salt & Pepper **Pre-Heat Oven to 400 **Clean potatoes and slice to thickness of choice, we used a mandolin, but a knife works just fine **Soak in cold water for 15-20 minutes **Lay potatoes out on paper towels and dry for a few minutes **Lay potatoes out on sheet pan on parchment paper **Brush with melted butter, season with salt and pepper, both sides **Bake for 30 minutes, can turn halfway if you want **Remove from oven, top each slice with cheese, chopped bacon, green onions **Back in Oven for 5-10 minutes **Sour Cream for dipping **Perfect Gameday Food! #gamedayfood #loadedpotatoskins #3piecesofpecan #petermillar #fyp
