In the wake of COVID-19, this year’s Sitka Salmon Shares CityTrail Loppet will take place as a Virtual Trail Run - with a twist.

Our central goal is to get people outside and active while also focusing on the health of our entire community. However, the heart of this event has always been to introduce runners to little known trails in the Minneapolis area. We will continue that by having a set 10K course through the trails in and around Theodore Wirth Park, which will be well-marked and complete with a start and finish line. Participants can run the course on their own time between May 12 and May 17 and record their best time.
