The Benet Academy Hall of Honor is dedicated to celebrating the outstanding achievements and contributions of our alumni, faculty, and friends of the Benet family. By recognizing excellence in Professional Distinction, Faith & Service, Fine Arts, and Athletics, we aim to inspire current and future students to strive for greatness in all their endeavors. The Hall of Honor serves as a lasting tribute to those who have exemplified the values of our school and made a significant impact on Benet Academy and on their communities.

Today, we begin to recognize and congratulate our Hall of Honor Class of 2026 honorees in the Professional Distinction Category. We will continue to share more honorees in the upcoming week!

Patrick M. Collins '82, is an accomplished trial lawyer who is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. A former federal prosecutor, Patrick was appointed Chairman of the Illinois Reform Commission by Governor Quinn and authored a book, Challenging the Culture of Corruption about his experiences. Deeply committed to civic activities, he founded Horizons for Youth, a scholarship and mentoring program for Chicago youth.

Teri Tausk Goudie '75, sparked a communication renaissance. Using her formula, she taught some of the most influential leaders to speak, write and lead with purpose. A former ABC News journalist, Teri started her own corporation and created a proprietary five-step method for communication with impact. As a global speaker, consultant and published author, she advised CEOs and brands including GE, Google, and McDonald’s. Teri was a proud mom of five Benet alumni and served on the Board of Directors.

Lauren Ladowski Kraemer '10, is a Vice President, Principal, and Partner at ARCO/Murray, the firm’s first female project manager, operations leader, and Principal. Based in Dallas, she leads ARCO’s Tenant Solutions team, driving national design-build strategy. Recognized for leadership by Dallas Business Journal, ENR, and The Real Estate Council, she mentors and supports organizations promoting STEM and careers for young women in construction.
