The internet says it's 2016 again, so here's a #throwback to some things we did 10 years ago: Planted 1000 carnations on stage, welcomed Pikachu and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, christened the Esplanade Annexe Studio, listened to minimalist music legend Steve Reich and the London Sinfonietta, witnessed the French revolution through Les Misérables (so spectacular at Esplanade Theatre) and crowdsurfed at the baybeats Powerhouse stage. What were your memories of Esplanade in 2016?
