✨THINGS I MAKE EVERY WEEK WITHOUT FAIL…✨

We are not perfect and we definitely still have lots of UPF’s in our diet BUT I’m making a conscious effort to try to remove the ones I can. 

I’d love to be at a stage where I’m no longer buying any pre packed snacks but I haven’t found an alternative for crisps yet 🤣

If you’d like a copy of all the recipes from this reel then just let me know I’ve made a handy little recipe booklet and made them as simple as possible. I truly make these weekly and we love them all! 

As time poor as we are - get the kids making them. The boys make the granola and flapjacks every week!
