Nouveau point d’étape sur la route des films de #Cannes2025 : les nominations aux #BAFTA2026 ✨
9 films de la Sélection officielle sont en lice cette année, totalisant 19 nominations — dont 8 pour Valeur sentimentale de Joachim Trier.
Comme pour les Oscars, sur les 5 nommés au Meilleur film non anglophone, 4 sont issus du Palmarès cannois.
Côté animation et jeune public, Arco et Amélie et la métaphysique des tubes confirment leur parcours dans les catégories dédiées.
Dans la course au Meilleur film britannique, Die My Love et Pillion rivalisent, tandis que le film de Harry Lighton figure également parmi les nommés pour le Meilleur premier film pour un scénariste, réalisateur ou producteur britannique, aux côtés de My Father Shadow d’Akinola Davies Jr., décoré d’une Mention spéciale Caméra d’or à Cannes l’an dernier.

A new milestone on the road for #Cannes2025 films: the #BAFTA2026 nominations ✨
This year, 9 films from the Official Selection are in the running, with a total of 19 nominations — including 8 for Sentimental Value by Joachim Trier.
As with the Oscars, 4 of the 5 nominees for Best Film Not in the English Language come from Cannes’ Palmarès.
In animation and Children's and family film, Arco and Little Amélie continue their strong awards-season journey.
In the race for Outstanding British film, Die My Love and Pillion go head to head, while Harry Lighton’s film is also nominated for Outstanding debut by a British writer, director or producer, alongside My Father’s Shadow by Akinola Davies Jr., which received a Special Mention for the Caméra d’or at Cannes last year.
