This is the best drink for summer 🫐🍵🥤It tastes amazing and it’s high in antioxidants 💜
.
Blueberry iced matcha latte:-
3/4 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial grade)
4 tablespoon hot water
1/4 cup milk
Ice
Optional sweetener
.
Blend the blueberries with 2 tablespoons water then sieve. Add a sweetener such as agave or honey (optional). Whisk matcha powder with 4 tablespoons hot, but not boiling water. Pour the blueberry puree into a glass and add ice. Add your milk of choice and finish with the matcha mixture. Use a blueberry syrup (such as Monin) instead of the blueberries and sweetener if you prefer 💜
